Everything Apples!
Explore how to use tart, sweet-tart, and tart-sweet apples with this complete dinner menu.
Join apple enthusiast Marianna Stepniewski, who grew up in an apple orchard in the lower Yakima Valley, and learn how to transform one of the world’s most versatile fruits from a simple lunchbox snack into the star of dinner. Explore how to use different apples: tarts such as Granny Smith, sweet tarts such as Fujis and Cosmic Crisp, and a mix of tart-sweets such as Pink Ladies, Ginger Golds, and Fujis. Balance their natural sweetness, crisp acidity, and rich textures across both savory dishes and a classic dessert.
