Spend an evening together, making dinner, and learning about olive oils with Jennifer Wake!  Jennifer is the owner of Lively Olive tasting bars on Bainbridge Island and Port Townsend, WA. You will work alongside Jennifer to create a fabulous meal. On the menu are a steak marinated in espresso balsamic vinegar, roasted potatoes with milanese gremolata olive oil, and a fresh garden salad. Coffee is a natural protein tenderizer, and the espresso marinated steak is out of this world!

We will all sit down and enjoy the dinner we have prepared.

Instructor Bio:
Jennifer Wake was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. She has a zest for life and a love for the community that she lives in. You can find her hiking in the beautiful Olympics, paddleboarding in the sound, or shopping at the local merchants. Jennifer resides in Port Townsend with her husband, Jeremy, and their two sons. Jennifer has a love for cooking and really enjoys getting to use all the different products that she carries in the shop.
