Learn the basic principles of improv from Bainbridge Performing Arts' own Tina Guldhammer Frei. She'll talk about how you can use improv tools to unblock your creativity and tell a compelling story, and the ways improv can be useful for:

  • Banishing writer’s block
  • Saying "yes" to yourself
  • Finding your zone of playfulness and experimentation
  • Collaborative storytelling
  • Making strong choices
  • Using your physicality to enhance your writing

Class Policies

  • Ages 14 and up are welcome.

Tina Frei

Tina Guldhammer Frei teaches Improv and Theater Arts at Bainbridge Performing Arts. She is also a writer, a freelance editor, and an active performing member of The Edge. With over two decades of experience in performing, training teams, leading workshops, and teaching the magic of improv to individuals of all abilities and ages, Tina's true passion lies in unlocking the boundless reservoirs of creativity within people.
