Dye Lab Certification
Get oriented to the lab so you can use it independently for processes that require heat, water, chemistry, or a mess.
The Fiber Arts Studio's Dye Lab is set up for dyeing, printing, felting, fleece washing, and fiber or textile prep. This orientation will enable you to use the lab on your own, and explain how to reserve lab times to work on your own projects. There will be time for questions and discussions.

- If you're unsure whether you need this new orientation or if this time slot doesn’t work for you, email surfacedesign.coordinator@bainbridgebarn.org
- Don't confuse this with Fiber Arts Studio Orientation. Register for that separately. The focus here is on lab use only.
- The orientation will be led by one of the Dye Lab's operations team.
Instructor
Sara connects to the world through movement, texture, color and fiber, drawing her inspiration from this natural and wild world we live in. Knitting has been her constant companion and gateway into fiber arts. She is an aspiring hat maker, weaver, dyer and sewist, working to find comfort in the beginners mind set, drawn to share her learnings with others.
