Make a pair of cookie cutters shaped like christmas trees for the holidays as you learn to cut, shape, solder and finish copper sheet.

Starting with a piece of 12 oz. copper sheet, you'll use the jump shear to cut to size; the deburring tool to remove all the sharp edges; the box and pan brake to hem the top edge, and the joggle jig to form the sides of the cookie cutter to simulate the bows of a Christmas tree. From there, we will solder together the bottom of the tree and clean the copper with acid flux. When we finish, you will go home with two Christmas tree cookie cutters of different sizes.
