You’re invited to reflect on meaningful relationships, life experiences, and personal growth as you write to someone from your past, your future self, or even yourself, expressing thoughts that may never have been spoken. Your letter can remain private or be shared anonymously on a bulletin board we’ll have on hand. There’s no right or wrong way to participate – just an opportunity to pause, reflect, and discover the power of your own story.

Class Policies
Instructor
The City's Community Reads Program, called BI Reads, was started in 2022 by the Bainbridge Island Reads for Justice with the book "Stamped." The goals for the BI Reads are to: Build community on Bainbridge Island through reading one book together. Promote literacy and the love of reading Island-wide and beyond. Be open to all types of books that foster beneficial dialogue, creative expression, and expanded ways of thinking.
