Join Wayne and Tina Chang as they present how to create dumplings in celebration of Chinese New Year! You will create the dumpling dough and learn to roll out the wrappers, prep a variety of fillings, and practice how to properly fold and shape the dumplings. Dumplings will be prepared using one of two cooking methods that will be demonstrated. Your prepared dumplings will be enjoyed as a light meal, alongside a small side and soup.

There will be an additional materials fee of $20.00, which will be added to the cost of the class when you register online. If paying by check, please be sure to include the materials fee.

About the Instructors: Wayne & Tina are recent transplants to Bainbridge Island. Wayne grew up in a restaurant family and ran his own restaurant for 16 years before moving to the island. In their families, cultural traditions and gatherings always revolved around sharing, making, and eating food. They are thrilled to have this opportunity to share this little part of their culture with the community.
