Add some magic to your summertime dining by crafting a pair of candlelight diffusers from decorative sheets of pierced metal. This class is a great introduction to sheet metal work. You will learn how to measure, cut, roll and fasten — skills applicable to many other sheet-metal projects. And this class will give you the knowledge to make additional candlelight diffusers during the sheet metal shop’s open studio hours.

The Sheet Metal Studio will be open Wednesdays & Thursdays from 4 pm to 6 pm for open studio time to finish any class projects.

No prior sheet metal experience is required, although it will be helpful to have taken the two-hour Sheet Metal Safety & Orientation class, offered every Wednesday, July 6 through Aug 31, from 2-4 pm and 6-8 p.m.
