In this immersive, two-day journey into cake-making excellence, you'll learn tips and discover the art of perfecting cake layers and fillings, and how to master frosting. Then you'll learn how to assemble and decorate multi-layered cakes that are not only visually appealing, but also incredibly delicious.

Day One: The focus will be on mixing and baking batter for cake layers, mastering an Italian meringue buttercream, and making a delicious filling for your cake. 

Day Two: Take your skills to new heights as you work on building and decorating your cake.

A materials fee of $40, included in the price of the class, covers everything you need. 

Project

You'll take home a layer cake you made from scratch.

Class Policies

• Ages 14 and up are welcome.
• You must wear closed-toe shoes to class.
• You must be registered for the class (no drop-ins).
