Please join us as we view the Crafts In America video about Julie Chen, internationally known book artist.  Julie's work can best be described as thoughtful, beautiful and superbly crafted. She makes one limited edition of 500 books each year, and her work is collected by private collectors, libraries, and universities across the country.  Julie also edited an edition of '500 Books', which showcased both traditional and non-traditional binding styles.  To see more of her work, visit her home page and come to this month's gathering at the BARN.  

Afterwards, we'll discuss the film, and also sign up to teach classes in the new year.  MJ will bring a list of class topics and you are welcome of course to propose your own.  Let's fill up the calendar with book arts events!
