Want to get back in the jewelry studio, but feel like you need a refresher? This 3 hour revision class is specifically designed for students who have taken the introduction to beginner jewelry skills class. Student will have a chance to get reacquainted with tool and equipment safety and practice their skills with the instructor.


Details:

  • Prerequisite: Introduction/Beginner to Jewelry Skills class must have been completed before registering. This refresher class is not a formal class but a way for past students of the Beginning Jewelry Skills class to have an opportunity to come in and have a recap about those skills.
  • BARN is practicing safety measures for the health and well-being of all participants, in accordance with state and CDC guidelines. Overall BARN safety policies are here.
  • Please wear closed-toe shoes. Wear hearing protectors when warranted and safety glasses; bring your own or use BARN's. Tie back long hair. Avoid loose-fitting clothing and jewelry; roll up sleeves.


Instructor Bio:

Sarah Jones is a local Bainbridge Island artist and teacher with experience in fine metal arts, jewelry, ceramics, sculpture, stained glass, and photography. 

Sarah teaches because she feels that making art is a creative outlet everyone should have the opportunity to experience.
