Learn to safely use some of the basic tools in a general metal shop. These tools are generally used to cut mild steel and aluminum, although some tools cut other materials as well. You will learn how to use a band saw, cold saw, angle grinder, shear, break and other assorted tools to complete a small designated project.

There is a materials fee of $15, to be paid to the instructor the day of the class. All safety equipment and tools are provided. This class is suitable for beginners.
