The Bainbridge Amateur Radio Club (BARC) will be offering an Amateur Radio Technician level licensing class, to be held in the ETA studio. The class will be taught in three separate sessions. Each class session will last for about 4 hours. The class will cover all the material in the FCC exam. The class outline will follow the format presented in The No-Nonsense, Technician Class License Study guide by Dan Romanchik, which can be downloaded from the link below:

In addition, at the end of each class session there will be “hands on” practice which will include radio operation, radio programming, types of radios, and other activities associated with Technician level license use.

There will be a $5 materials fee added to the class cost when you register.
