About
In the first session, you'll have an introduction to cutting glass and you'll learn about the necessary safety and cleanup practices when it comes to using glass powders. Then, with step-by-step instruction, you'll practice the process of layering frit to colorize the dried foliage you've chosen to decorate your dishware.
Details
- This class will provide instruction in best practices for cutting and shaping glass.
- Bring foliage! Instructions on how to dry and store your foliage will be available in your confirmation email, your reminder email, and within your registration portal on BARN's website.
Project
You will make four 3-inch-square condiment dishes.
Materials
A $45 materials fee, included in the price of your class, will cover everything you need except for foliage.
Class Policies
- Ages 14 and up are welcome.
- Wear closed-toed shoes and long pants in the Glass Studio at all times.
