About

Grab your camera and make new photography friends on this free "photowalk" from BARN to Sakai Park to visit Pia the Peacemaker, an 18-foot troll made from recycled wood by Copenhagen-based artist Thomas Dambo. This informal event, offered by BARN and the Bainbridge Island Photo Club, will give you the opportunity to meet fellow members of the photo community while you practice your skills. All cameras, including film, phone, DSLR, and mirrorless, are welcome.

While this is not a formal class, BI Photo Club members will be happy to help by providing tips and answering basic questions.

Details

  • Sakai Park is located at 1560 Madison Ave N., on Bainbridge Island.
  • We're planning to take photos on the walk up to the park.
  • If you'd prefer to meet at the park, please register for this event and email abbyw@bainbridgebarn.org so we know to look for you!

Materials
