Embrace autumn and apple season by creating a delicious apple spice cake. You'll learn how to make buttermilk and practice peeling and slicing apples. While the cake is baking, you'll prepare a crisp apple honey Dijon salad with a flavorful dressing from scratch.
Details
Check with the instructor about allergies (email registrar@bainbridgebarn.org). This classes uses both milk and wheat.
Registering Youth
- Parent/guardian registering a child for the first time: When you register, select "Others Only" in the "Who Are You Registering?" section. On the next page, select "Add New Registrant." Create an account for your child.
- The next time you register your child, use "Search Registrants" to select them.
- Make sure to fill out your youth's emergency contact information and other details when creating their account.
Materials
An $18 materials fee, included in the price of the class, covers all the ingredients you'll need.
Class Policies
- Ages 10-14 are welcome.
- You must wear closed-toe shoes in the studio.
- You must be registered for the class (no drop-ins).
