About

In chef Nadja Peschke's family, this traditional cake is a weekly staple with coffee or tea. The light and slightly sweetened egg batter is the perfect foundation for showcasing Washington's apple harvest.

Apfel Kuchen is a recipe that works for experienced bakers and beginners alike. We will hone our baking skills together as we create our own unique cake with the pick of the season's harvest.
