About

Work on your own powder or frit and foliage project in the studio, which is set up for powder applications on fused glass.

Details

  • If this open studio fills, join the wait list and you’ll be notified if a spot opens up.
  • You must be authorized on the specific tools or equipment you plan to use. Gain authorization by taking a class and demonstrating competency (see upcoming glass classes), or arrange a skills evaluation by writing to glass.lead@bainbridgebarn.org.

Prerequisites

You must have taken Glass Studio Orientation.

Class Policies

  • You must wear an N-95 mask while the powders are being applied in the studio.
  • Long pants and closed-toe shoes must be worn at all times in the studio. 
  • You must be registered (no drop-ins, please).
  • Ages 14 and up are welcome.

Donna Rodger

Donna has been creating glass since 2017. Teaching introductory classes and mentoring is a natural extension of her career as a critical care nurse educator.
Donna's strength is taking complex concepts and tasks and breaking them down into easily understood pieces.
