About

Explore several aspects of tasting beer, starting with the role of yeast. One of beer's main ingredients, see how it plays into the brewing process. Practice proper tasting techniques and apply them to several popular styles of beer to learn how yeast influences flavor. You’ll also taste some beer that has been intentionally spiked with flavors associated with production errors, spoilage, and other fun and funky scenarios!
