About

Making a film isn’t as hard as you might think! Many people assume it requires fancy equipment and expensive software, but for this class all you need is a phone with a camera and a computer (preferred), iPad, or phone that can run iMovie (a free editing software). No
experience necessary.

You'll create a short film of two to five minutes, starting with the very basics of what makes a good story. You'll work your way through screenwriting, shooting, and editing. At the end, if time allows, you'll be able to show off all your hard work at a wrap party!
After taking this class, in addition to producing a short film, you'll come away with the knowledge and materials to continue creating short films on your own, whenever you want.
