About
Come to Brazil for happy hour! Picanha is one of the most famous cuts of meat in Brazil. It’s very tender and juicy, extremely flavorful, and perfect for the barbecue. In Brazil, it is popular during happy hour and for weekend barbecues.
You’ll cook, and learn about Brazilian culture. You’ll learn about different cuts of beef, including the “picanha.” Learn a simple way to keep the meat tender and juicy. Other elements to the meal include: Versatile cassava (a root vegetable) and Brazilian vinaigrette, a vibrant condiment traditionally served with grilled meats. What is the difference between vinaigrette or “pico de gallo”? We will discuss!
On the menu:
- Barbecued Picanha.
- Cassava.
- Farofa.
- Vinaigrette.
Cocktail: Caipirinha, Brazil's national cocktail, made with cachaça, sugar, and lime.
