About

In this class we will cover several aspects of tasting beer. We’ll start with learning about malt, one of the main ingredients of beer, and how it plays into the brewing process. Practice proper tasting techniques and apply them to several popular styles of beer to learn how malt influences flavor. (We’ll also taste some beer which has been intentionally spiked with flavors associated with production errors, spoilage, and other fun and funky scenarios!)
