Indulge in a comforting favorite  chicken pot pie  in this savory session. Learn how to up level your craft and make a fabulously flaky and satisfyingly delicious pot pie as you learn tips for a masterful pie crust and how to perfectly prep the best ingredients for the filling.

You'll largely focus on the skills and techniques required to make an amazing crust. Elevate your culinary skills and stay cozy with this classic comfort dish. But that's not all – there will be some leftover dough so come prepared to explore how to use these scraps to make a quick and easy seasonal dessert. 

Materials

A materials fee of $30, included in the price of the class, will cover everything you need. 

Class Policies

  • Ages 14 and up are welcome.
  • You must wear closed-toe shoes to class.
  • You must be registered for the class (no drop-ins).

Elisa Laverty

Originally from the Olympic Peninsula, Elisa has been a Bainbridge Island resident for nine years. Her experience with baking and cooking started at a young age, being the oldest in a large family. Her professional experience in the food service industry has spanned the past decade and she remains passionate about cooking. A few of the places she has worked on the island are Bainbridge Bakers, Sweet Dahlia Bakers, Blackbird Bakery, and Good Egg.
