About

Our holiday wine series continues with an exploration of port and other classic sweet and semi-sweet wines from around the world including sherry, Madeira, and sauternes. You'll learn about the types of dessert wines from different regions, how they're made, and how to select them, serve them, and pair them with food. The focus will be on dessert wines that are not overly sweet — this won't be a sugar fest! The class includes tastes of eight dessert wines, and includes a plate of small bites for pairing.

Materials

A materials fee of $32, included in the price of the class, will cover everything you need.
