About

What better way to learn about cultures beyond our own than to experience it through food? What makes each bowl authentic to that country?

You'll learn what sauces make each bowl unique, colorful, and delicious —  kimchi cucumber, bibimbap sauce, faux fish sauce, and Japanese sesame dressing.

Beyond kitchen skills, young chefs will work as a team, communicate, assist, and problem solve together while having fun and making new friends.

On the menu:

  • Bibimbap Bowl: Create a rice bowl with vegetables, kimchi cucumber, and eggs.
  • Bun Tom Nuong: This noodle bowl features fresh veggies, grilled shrimp, and a faux fish sauce.
  • Buddha Bowl: This Japanese-inspired vegetarian bowl will please everyone with its creamy sesame dressing and yummy veggies.
