About

The key to understanding wines comes down to knowing how to taste wines deeply, and sommelier Phil Toohey will show you how.

Have a seat in front of six highly rated Washington state Cabernets from the Columbia Valley AVA (American Viticultural Area) including Red Mountain. This will be a blind tasting of wines judged and ranked by the class. Vintage will remain consistent, but styles will vary.

Expect a surprise or two from this sommelier’s private library!

Experience level: Designed for everyone from beginner to expert.

Materials

A materials fee of $30, included in the price of the class, covers wine and ingredients.
