Judy Zugish
Basketry

The soul of Judy’s baskets begin in her garden. Her growing education started in 1976 and persists today in her fiber arts garden in Snohomish County where she cultivates, harvests, and creates woven forms, large and small. She exhibits, teaches, and travels widely on the pathway of basketmaking, most recently in May 2023 when she brought her willow bark skills to basket weavers in New Zealand. You can visit Fishsticks Basketry School, the gardens, and Judy’s artworks in person and at www.twigtwisters.com.
