About

The only thing better than forging your own chef's knife is the joy that comes from preparing great food with a tool forged with your own hands. You'll learn proper forging techniques, edge geometry, heat treatment, woodworking, and of course, sharpening (you'll learn and use BARN's brand-new sharpening system). The only thing not taught is how to make great food with your tool, but of course, there are classes at BARN to help with that.
