About

Try plasma cutting and welding while making a metal evergreen tree. You’ll cut the shapes out of flat sheet steel and weld them together. You’ll use a hand-held plasma cutter to create parts of the tree in 16-gauge steel (roughly 3/32nds) and then weld the pieces together with Metal Inert Gas (MIG) tack welds.  The tree that you will make will be about 16-18" tall.

Details

No welding experience required.
