Spice up your kitchen repertoire! We’ll kick off with a taste-testing session to awaken your senses, then leap into the art of reinventing the classics. Discover the bold side of beet hummus, the rebellious nature of fusion lamb kabobs (Impossible Meat as an alternative), and a tabouli salad that dares to defy norms. Eat your Mediterranean remix meal on site or swagger home with a takeaway that’s bound to cause serious food envy.
On the menu:
- Earthy beet hummus
- Fusion kabobs tailored for meat enthusiasts or plant-based diets
- Refreshed tabouli salad
Not a fan of lamb? No problem! Let us know and we can customize your kabob!
Materials
A $35 materials fee, included in the cost of the class, covers everything you'll need.
Class Policies
- Ages 14 and up are welcome.
- You must wear closed-toe shoes in the studio.
- You must be registered for the class (no drop-ins).
